Brenda grew up in Indiana. Her initial interests as a youth were sports, musical instruments and theatre. She took her first tap and jazz class in middle school. Afterwards, all other activities took a backseat. She went on to receive a degree in Yoga and Religious Studies. She has held an array of careers that include yoga instructor, lanscaping, sushi chef and dance instructor. She has taught studio dancers in Indiana, Colorado and California. Currently her teaching passion is outreach dance in Bay Area Elementary Schools. Brenda is proud to be a Director for Rainbow Dance and Kid's Artistic Revue and most enjoys being surrounded by the energy and excitment of young dancers across the country. When not traveling for work she can be found doing anything or nothing outdoors, playing piano or cooking something delicious in the kitchen.
