What is the photos/videos store?

It is an online store where you can preview and purchase the memories of your dancers’ performances.

When placing an online order, what am I receiving?

A direct digital download link of your order will immediately be sent to your email. Just a friendly reminder, the download link will only open from a PC or MAC computer. The download link does NOT work on a tablet or a phone.

What is a direct download and why would I want to do it?

The direct digital download option allows you to immediately download competition photos and videos to your computer. This option allows you to avoid paying shipping & handling fees associated with physical orders.

Do I have the rights to print pictures, and where are they located?

By purchasing the photos of an act, you are also receiving all rights to print and disperse them as you choose.

Locating Photos and Videos

Where can I find the pictures and videos from a competition?

Go to the “Online Store” tab. Next, select the correct event location and studio name. You can then preview and purchase from any of the performances of your choice. Each act that has performed will appear on the screen in numerical order.

Previewing

Can I preview my performer’s videos and photos before purchasing them?

Yes. You can preview both the photos and videos. All photos are available to preview, and videos have a 30 second preview.

WHY AM I UNABLE TO PREVIEW THE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS OF MY PERFORMANCE?

Photos take approximately one week to upload to our database and website for your viewing pleasure. Therefore, depending on the amount of time that has passed since a competition took place, it might take one week for pictures to be viewable online.

Judges Commentary

When are the judges’ critiques available to hear online?

All audio critiques are uploaded online and available in your “Studio Center” on the Tuesday following the end of an event.

Placing An Order

How do I purchase photos and videos online?

Go to the “Online Store” tab. Next, select the correct event location and studio name. You can then preview and purchase from any of the performances of your choice. Each act that has performed will appear on the screen in numerical order. Simply add the desired photos or videos to your cart where you can proceed to checkout and purchase your order.

Replacements and Returns

If I receive the incorrect routine(s), what should I do?

Go to our website, select the multimedia tab, and Choose the correct location below the Competition pull down menu and click on the Photo/Video Store option in the drop-down menu. Scroll to the bottom right of the page and fill out the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form using your contact and routine information.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A VIDEO INSTEAD OF PHOTOS or Vice Versa?

Either call the Media Center at (714) 826-8532 or fill out an RMA at our online Photo/Video Store.

Shipments

How long will it take to receive my order in the mail?

Order placed at the competition: On average, it takes between 2-4 weeks to process and ship orders placed at a competition.

Which carrier is used to ship my order?

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is used for all orders.

WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED MY PHOTOS OR VIDEOS YET?

It is possible that your order is still being processed if it has been less than 2-4 week since the date of purchase.

If 4 weeks have passed since you placed your order, they may have been lost in the mail, but can easily be replaced. If this is the case, contact our Media Center at (714) 826-8532 or fill out an RMA.

Playback At Home

WHY CAN’T I LOCATE MY EMAIL ORDER OF MY DIGITAL DOWNLOADS?

If you did not receive your email in your Inbox folder, please check in the Spam/Junk folders or in the Promotions folders.

I CLICKED ON THE DOWNLOAD LINK, BUT I DON’T SEE MY PHOTOS AND VIDEOS. WHERE CAN I LOCATE THESE FILES?

  • The download link does NOT work on a tablet or phone.
  • MAC: Click on the Finder button, choose “Downloads”. From there you should be able to locate your files.
  • PC: Prompt window should pop up to select your file destination. However, if the prompt window does not pop up, please search within your “Downloads” folder. Please be aware, after you have downloaded the photos, they will be in a zip file. You must extract the zip file to view the individual photos. To do that, you need to right click on the zip file and choose “Extract.”

IT SAYS I’VE EXCEEDED MY DOWNLOAD LIMIT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
