Rainbow is dedicated to producing a high quality dance event that creates rewarding experiences for dancers, teachers, and parents. Our stages are shared by thousands of different ages, talents, and abilities. We seek to provide each of these performers with the opportunity to shine in a positive, rewarding, and exhilarating competition setting. We also pride ourselves on acknowledging the achievements and excellence of teachers, choreographers, and parents. It is our firm belief that the hard work and commitment of these individuals deserves equal attention and recognition. Health & Safety Guidelines

Audience limitations: NO CURRENT AUDIENCE LIMITATIONS

Face coverings: Are required at all times while in the building until February 28th. Face masks should be a multiple layer cloth or paper face covering. Gators, bandanas, and vented masks are not allowed. Dancers may remove a face covering while actively performing onstage. A storage rack is located backstage for dancers to put a mask in while onstage.

Outside Food: outside food is allowed but studios may not set up banquet tables of open food containers or prepared hot meals. No heating plates or sterno containers. Studios may have a table with snacks as long as they are individually wrapped and not brought into the dressing room as no food and drinks are allowed in the dressing room.

Concessions: may be available on some weekends.

Important information for events at Western- Construction on our new academic wing on the north side of the building will begin much sooner than we had anticipated. The parking lot on the north side of the building will be closed beginning March 1st which means we are limited to the parking lot on the south side of the building. Please consider asking participants to carpool as much as possible during busy shows to make sure we have enough parking for everyone. Trucks may have to park off site and we will help you determine a location when you are at the venue.

Smoke free policy: To protect the smoke free environment, the hotel will post a $250 cleaning fee to account of any guest who smokes in their room.

Cancellation: Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival date at no charge. Cancelling less than 48 hours prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 1 night's room and tax.
