Rainbow’s Teacher Appreciation Room is an exclusive space available for Studio Directors and teachers to relax and indulge in a delicious catered menu offered throughout the competition week. It is our way of saying thank you for all you do as a dedicated educator of the dance community and for choosing Rainbow for your Finals experience. Enjoy!

~ Monday ~

Brunch: 10:00am  – 11:30am

Brunch Includes:   Fiesta Scramble, Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits with Sausage Gravy, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Seasonal Ripe Melon Wrapped with Prosciutto, Eggs Benedict and Southern Style Chicken Tenders  Includes: Iced Tea and Bottled Water

Dinner: 5:15pm  – 6:45pm

Dinner Includes: Strawberry Salad, Boneless Chicken Breast with Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce, 6oz Marinated Boneless Pork Chop, Pecan Brittle Sweet Potatoes, Roasted Balsamic Bacon Brussel Sprouts Hash and Humus Trio  Includes: Iced Tea and Bottled Water

 

~ Tuesday ~

Breakfast: 7:30am  – 9:00am

Breakfast Includes:  Fresh Fruit Platter, Stone Ground White Cheddar Cheese Grits, Fiesta Scramble, Savory Sausage Links. Includes: Fresh Brewed Coffee, Iced Tea and Bottled Water

Lunch: 1:00am  – 2:30pm

Lunch Includes:  Fresh Mixed Greens with Tomatoes and Cucumbers, Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Croutons, and Dressings, Assorted Gourmet Sandwiches Includes: Bottled Water and Iced Tea

Dinner: 7:00pm  – 8:30pm

Dinner Includes:  Traditional Caesar Salad with crisp Romaine Lettuce, tossed in a Homemade Caesar Dressing with Imported Parmesan Cheese and Croutons,  Homestyle Meatloaf, BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Mashed Potatoes, Southern Style Collard Greens, Flatbread Shrimp and Bacon. ~Wednesday ~ DANCER OF THE YEAR COMPETITION DAY

Breakfast: 8:30am  – 10:00am

Breakfast Includes: Fresh Fruit Platter, Oatmeal Packets, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Chesapeake Bay Benedict  Includes:  Fresh Brewed Coffees, Iced Tea and Bottled Water

 

~ Thursday ~

Breakfast: 7:30am  -9:00am

Breakfast Includes: Fresh Fruit Platter, Scrambled Farm Fresh Eggs, Savory Sausage Links, Blueberry pancakes dusted with Powdered Sugar and served with Maple Syrup . Includes: Fresh Brewed Coffees, Iced Tea and Bottled Water

Lunch: 11:15am  – 12:45pm

Lunch Includes:   Fresh Garden Salad Bar, Build Your Own Pasta Bar: Caesar Salad, Penne Pasta, Marinara Sauce, Alfredo Sauce, Meatballs, Sliced Grilled Chicken, Steamed Vegetables, Peppers & Onions, Garlic Bread Includes: Iced Tea and Bottled Water

Dinner: 6:00pm  – 7:30pm
